Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SonaVyx ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Service Description
SonaVyx provides browser-based acoustic measurement and analysis tools including real-time spectrum analysis, transfer function measurement, SPL metering, impulse response capture, and AI-powered diagnostics. The Service processes audio data locally on your device via WebAssembly. Pro features require a paid subscription.
Measurement Accuracy
SonaVyx measurement accuracy depends on your hardware (microphone quality, sound card), browser capabilities, and environmental conditions. While we implement IEC 61672, ISO 3382, and other international standards, results from uncalibrated consumer devices should not be used for regulatory compliance, legal proceedings, or safety-critical decisions without professional verification.
User Accounts
You may use measurement tools without an account. Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must not share accounts or use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Intellectual Property
The SonaVyx platform, including its DSP algorithms, WASM modules, UI components, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SonaVyx. Your measurement data belongs to you. By uploading data for AI analysis, you grant us a limited license to process that data for the requested analysis only.
Payment & Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($29/month) or annually ($290/year) through Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Limitation of Liability
SonaVyx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to: incorrect measurements, equipment damage from following recommendations, hearing damage from SPL levels, or business losses from reliance on measurement data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data is soft-deleted and permanently removed after 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore.
